Thanks for your idea to be able to pass the email and password (for logging in with the EasySIGN software on the online license server) (necessary on all PCs) as a parameter (for example in a reg file) with the silent installer. The idea has been passed on to development and will be included in the ongoing development of the silent installer for EasySIGN if possible.

KeymasterWe are currently working on a solution to improve the ability to keep your license active after your PC goes into sleep mode.
For now, until we developed this solution, it helps if you close EasySIGN at the end of the day and restart EasySIGN the next day. So do not leave EasySIGN open during the night or when your PC is in sleep mode.
I hope this helps for now and please install the next release 6.0.37.X from EasySIGN as soon as it is ready and released by us.

KeymasterIMPORTANT! We were experiencing downtime on an old license server from October 18th till 22nd 2023. The root cause is located in the data center. If you were unable to log in to your EasySIGN software, download the beta pre-release 2024 version 36.0 was offered. Currently an official EasySIGN release 2024 (36.1 or later) is available at https://www.easysign.com/software/download/
The download includes the new license server support. In case you still have an issue, please contact EasySIGN at support@easysign.com

KeymasterIn case the text tool is not active, you need to sign in at your software with your email and password (or connect the dongle to the USB port). Once the license is active the text tool will also be available. In case this fails, please send an email to support@easysign.com.

KeymasterIn case you get the error “Due to an internal processing error (512), we can’t retrieve your licenses. Please contact us at support@easysign.com” and you have a firewall, you might need to open port 22350 (for the gateway) and port 80 (for webdepot). Also see Wibu instructions.

We have chosen not to return the old color profiles in the latest version, because they no longer match the look of the current EasySIGN. We are aware that there are users who would like to work with a different color profile, and we are therefore quickly working on an update for the dark mode 🙂

KeymasterIn case you want to add an overlap to both objects you need to use the Pagination tool instead of the cut through feature. The Pagination tool is also available under the Edit Menu.
